As I was perusing your site, I stumbled across this blog article from 2021. Perfect timing since we need to make a few changes in our diet/health regime after a health scare! Sugar dusting and Ghee (easier to digest) .....who knew?!? Thank you Sara and it was great to bump into you at Natural Grocers! Guess I will head over there today to grab some ghee.
